17

What happens at the end of a lease?

Around 8–10 weeks before a lease expires, we contact tenants to determine whether they wish to renew. If they do, we conduct a rent review based on current market conditions and negotiate a new lease. If they vacate, we begin marketing immediately to minimise your vacancy period. Our 98% lease renewal rate reflects our focus on tenant retention.
